Delivery and Returns


Free shipping on orders above $70. All shipping options are provided at the checkout. Please note that 2 business days will be added to your selected shipment option to accommodate the packing process. For example, if you choose to ship within 1 business day, you will only receive the package within 3 business days.  



We care for all Steph's Stuff customers, so if you open your purchase and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at alongside your order number. We will email you the return address and instructions. 

The returned order needs to be postmarked within 14 days from receiving day. We are a small company so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition is important to our business.

Once your goods are returned to us, we will process the refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the original payment).

Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original packaging. 

We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product, you can place a new order. Once your goods are returned we will process a money refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you to use a trackable service when returning your order. 

Please note that order shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
